Welcome to Multiverse Gaming Lounge ("Multiverse", "we", "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our gaming lounge at Multiverse Gaming Lounge, The Street Drive In, Subedari, Hanamkonda, Warangal, Telangana, our website multiverselounge.in, and all services including gaming sessions, bookings, memberships, tournaments, and community features. By booking a session, purchasing a membership, registering for a tournament, or visiting our lounge, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Multiverse provides premium PS5 gaming sessions in private rooms and open areas, racing simulator sessions, VR gaming (when available), membership passes, and organized gaming tournaments. All services are provided at our lounge premises in Hanamkonda unless stated otherwise.

2. Bookings & Payment

• Online bookings require a 50% advance payment through our secure payment partner, Razorpay. The remaining balance is payable at the lounge before your session begins.
• A booking is confirmed only after the advance payment is successfully verified.
• Walk-in sessions are subject to availability and are payable in full at the counter.
• Session time starts at the booked slot time. Late arrival does not extend the session.

3. Equipment & Console Allocation

• Booking a room or session does not guarantee a specific console, controller, or screen. If a technical issue affects your booked setup, we will provide an equivalent setup, reschedule your session, or refund the affected time — your choice.
• All equipment remains the property of Multiverse. Customers are responsible for handling equipment with care.
• Customers will be charged the repair or replacement cost for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Normal wear and accidental issues during reasonable use are not charged.

4. Conduct & Right of Admission

• Customers must follow our House Rules at all times.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service, pause a session, or remove any person for misconduct, abusive behavior, damage to property, or violation of these terms — without refund in cases of serious misconduct.
• Illegal activities of any kind — including gambling, substance use, piracy, or harassment — are strictly prohibited on the premises and on our online platforms.

5. Food & Beverages

Food and drinks purchased at the lounge may be consumed in designated areas only. Outside food and beverages are subject to lounge rules displayed on the premises. Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the lounge.

6. Tournaments & Community

• Tournament participation is governed by our Tournament Rules.
• All decisions made by Multiverse tournament administrators regarding matches, brackets, results, and prizes are final.
• By participating in tournaments, you consent to your gamer name, results, and rankings being displayed publicly on our community pages.

7. Memberships

Membership passes are governed by our Membership Policy. Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and valid for the stated period only.

8. Liability

• Multiverse is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
• Gaming sessions are recreational. Customers with photosensitive epilepsy or medical conditions affected by gaming or VR should exercise their own judgment and inform staff.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multiverse's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated date shown above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Contact
