House Rules

Multiverse is built to be the best gaming space in Hanamkonda — these rules keep it that way for everyone. By entering the lounge you agree to follow them.

Respect

• Respect other players, staff, and the space. Everyone is here to have a good time.
• No abusive language, shouting, threats, bullying, or harassment — in person or over voice chat.
• Keep volume reasonable in shared areas. Private rooms exist for a reason — use them for louder squads.

Health & Safety

• No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or intoxicants anywhere inside the lounge. Anyone under the influence will be refused entry.
• Children under 13 should be accompanied by an adult or have parental permission known to staff.
• Report any equipment issue, spill, or safety concern to staff immediately — don't try to fix hardware yourself.

Food & Drink

• Food and drinks in designated areas only — never next to consoles, keyboards, or controllers.
• Water bottles must be capped near equipment.

Equipment

• Handle controllers, headsets, and racing gear carefully. Don't slam, throw, or yank cables — rage-quitting is free, broken controllers are not.
• Intentional damage will be charged at repair or replacement cost (see Terms).
• Don't change console settings, sign into personal accounts, or download content without asking staff.
• No account sharing on lounge systems without staff permission.

Sessions & Bookings

• Sessions start and end on time. Arrive 5–10 minutes early; late arrival doesn't extend your slot.
• Follow staff instructions at all times — they're final on the premises.
