Multiverse Gaming Lounge is a services business. This page exists to clarify our delivery model for customers and payment providers.

1. What We Sell

We currently provide digital and in-person services only:

• Gaming session bookings (delivered in person at our lounge in Hanamkonda)
• Membership passes (delivered as a digital Membership ID)
• Tournament registrations (delivered as a digital Registration ID)

2. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any physical products. Nothing you purchase on multiverselounge.in requires a delivery address, and we will never ask for one.

3. Electronic Delivery

• Booking confirmations are shown instantly on-screen after payment and can be sent to you via WhatsApp.
• Membership IDs are issued at activation and shared with you directly.
• Tournament Registration IDs are generated instantly at registration.
• All services are redeemed in person at Multiverse Gaming Lounge, The Street Drive In, Subedari, Hanamkonda, Warangal, Telangana.

4. Future Products

If we introduce physical merchandise or gift cards in the future, this page will be updated with shipping timelines, charges, and return procedures before any such product goes on sale.
