These terms cover the Challenge Arena — profiles, challenges, the feed and messages at multiverselounge.in. Booking, payment and refund terms are in our main terms, cancellation policy and refunds policy.
The Arena is for Multiverse Lounge members. You need one account per person, registered with a working phone number, and your username belongs to that account permanently. Don't share your account, and don't create a second one to get around a suspension.
If you are under 18, you may use the Arena with your parent's or guardian's permission. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 13.
What you post is yours. By posting it here you give us permission to display it inside the Arena and, if it's a tournament result or something you've clearly shared publicly, on our own channels to promote the lounge. You can delete your posts at any time.
Only post what belongs to you or what you have the right to share.
You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove content, suspend or ban accounts that break them, and we don't have to warn you first when the breach is serious.
Posts and comments that are removed are hidden from everyone but kept in our records, because we need to be able to justify moderation decisions and cooperate with the police if something serious happens. Reports include who made them; we don't show that to the person reported.
We use an automatic word filter. It is imperfect — it sometimes holds harmless posts. That's why held posts go to a human rather than being deleted.
XP, ranks and leaderboard positions have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may be adjusted if they were earned through false results or cheating. Membership points and rewards are separate and governed by the membership policy.
Money may not be wagered on Arena challenges. If we find accounts arranging cash bets, they will be banned.
A challenge is an agreement between two players, not a booking. A room is only reserved once someone actually books and the lounge confirms it.
Your Arena profile shows your username, rank, XP and match record — never your phone number or email. Our privacy policy covers what we store and why. You can close your membership from your account page; doing so releases your username and removes your profile.
The Arena is provided as-is, as a free extra alongside our lounge. Features may change, and we may take it offline for maintenance. We're not liable for anything lost through downtime, and our responsibility for anything arising out of Arena use is limited to what you have paid us for lounge services in the previous month.
You can stop using the Arena at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms — that never affects sessions, hour packs or memberships you have already paid for.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the courts of Warangal, Telangana.
