The Arena is an extension of our lounge. The rule is simple: behave here the way you would at the counter, in front of everyone.

The short version: play fair, be decent to people, don't post anything you wouldn't want your family or ours to read, and remember that some of the people here are kids.

What is welcome

Match results, clips and screenshots of your own play
Looking for players, teammates and challenges
Tips, questions, and opinions about games
Friendly trash talk — the kind you'd say to someone's face and both laugh about

What is not

Harassment or bullying — going after a person rather than playing the game
Slurs and hate — about caste, religion, region, gender, sexuality, disability or anything else
Sexual content, and absolutely nothing sexual involving minors — this ends in a permanent ban and a police report, without exception
Threats or violence, including "kill yourself" said as a joke
Cheating and fake results — claiming matches you didn't win, using another person's account
Spam, scams and outside links from new accounts
Other people's private information — phone numbers, addresses, photos of people who didn't agree to be posted
Betting money on matches. XP and bragging rights only. Cash wagering is not allowed anywhere on this platform.

Under-18 players

Plenty of our players are school and college students. If you are under 18, don't share your phone number, address, school or personal photos in posts or comments. If an adult asks you for any of that, or makes you uncomfortable in any way, report it and tell our staff at the counter — you will not be in trouble.

What happens when someone breaks the rules

Filtered — some words hold a post automatically until a moderator reads it
Removed — the post goes, and we tell you why if you ask
Suspended — usually 3 to 7 days, for repeat problems
Banned — for serious cases, and immediately for anything involving minors, threats, or doxxing

Your bookings, membership points and hour packs are separate — an Arena suspension never takes away something you paid for.

Reporting

Every post, comment and profile has a report option, and you can block anyone from your side instantly — they can't challenge, message or see you after that. Reports go to a queue our staff work through. Anything involving a child's safety is looked at the same day.

Appeals

If you think we got it wrong, email us or ask at the counter. We keep a record of every moderation decision, so we can actually check rather than guess.
